As a key member of the Fulfillment Team, the Associate Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for meeting the operational needs of the Fulfillment/QC team. With the support and guidance from the Director of Operations, the Associate Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the daily Fulfillment operations including but not limited to packaging and shipping of medical records or other mail as well as QC-ing Electronic Medical Records.

Essential Functions:

* Completion of rush/shred requests. * Contribute to the on-going enhancement of the internal process improvement initatives. * Ability to run printers and inserters. * Packaging of all mail, including international mail utilizing shipping software. * Burning of medical records to CD/ DVD. * Monitor print/mailroom supply inventory to ensure a continuous workflow. * Identify, report, and escalate any equipment and server malfunctions. * QC all types of records, print and electronic as needed. * CRIS certified. * Other duties as assigned by the Director based on business needs.

We are seeking deadline-driven, collaborative team members with a high attention to detail to join our Fulfillment Department as seasonal Fulfillment Specialists. Our Fulfillment Specialists work in a fast-paced, advanced-technology production environment and are responsible for the finishing and binding of high-value, variable-content print publications. Successful candidates must be able to deliver quality, detailed work with accuracy and efficiency even under tight production deadlines.

We have multiple seasonal positions available for our first and second shifts. We will start work as early as October 17, 2022 and end as late as December 30, 2022.

Industry: This position is part of our residential division, which provides communication solutions in both print and digital formats to condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations throughout the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities: Seasonal Fulfillment Specialists will work as part of a team in completing the finishing and binding of variable-content print publications. Other key responsibilities could include:
Successfully executing daily production orders
Ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment
Meeting production goals and deadlines
Accepting work assignment modifications and associated training to support production
Responding to unexpected issues
Working effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Providing continuous quality evaluation and control
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workplace
Other projects as assigned

Experience: Work experience in a print and mail environment or knowledge of printing and mailing processes is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Quad is currently seeking 2nd shift Fulfillment Specialist Team Leaders to work in the Tempt In-Store Productions facility at Moorland Road in New Berlin. The job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate the activities of hourly manufacturing and temporary employees on custom kitting lines in order to meet customer requirements of quality and delivery schedule.

Review individual job requirements, secure material, set up line efficiently, and direct activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
Complete quality control and production paperwork.
Ensure safe work environment and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
Give direction to staff for optimum performance, providing technical and organizational leadership as it relates to daily production requirements.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.




Qualifications




HS diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
Basic computer skills required.
Experience in large format printing and finishing preferred. Other complex manufacturing disciplines will be considered.
Experience with heat sealers, tape machines, or label machines a plus.
Previous Pick and Pack and/or Fulfillment experience preferred.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess good follow-up skills and excellent communication and organizational skills.




Position is for Second Shift – 2:30pm – 10:30 pm, Mon - Fri. with overtime and weekend hours as required.
