What You'll Do Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks. Encourage independence and self-advocacy in a respectful, person-centered way. Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support. Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 12+ months in a group home or similar care setting preferred. Skills & Traits: Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
