Job Description BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. We are currently seeking high performing analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth analysis. Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell, specifically integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates must have the ability to exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products. Candidates must have an active clearance with active CI polygraph.

* 10 years of motion imagery/GEOINT (MI) or full-motion video (FMV) analysis experience

Duties and Responsibilities
The Voice-Video Analyst will be primarily responsible for deployment and support end users and supporting voice & video services and equipment. This includes event support, voice & video equipment, and various other end user solutions like CUCM, CMS, AudioCodes, Video Endpoints, MS Team, Zoom, WebEx meeting platforms. This person will provide top notch white glove service to Executives, colleagues, and conferencing events.
What you'll do as a Voice and Video Analyst:
* Performing day-to-day telecom operations and assisting in the administration and maintenance of telecom equipment and infrastructure
* Responsible for handling onboarding and modifications of end users for voice and video services
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain voice, video, CATV, and AV equipment Including equipment such as VoIP/Analog telephones, conference phones, video units, fax machine, emergency phones, etc.
* Be available and accessible on-site and or remote for in-room assistance for virtual/videoconferencing, hybrid, or onsite meetings
* Monitor voice and video infrastructure and applications, resolve end-user and system related issues, complete service requests, maintain documentation and inventory management
* Provide white glove troubleshooting and support for high profile execs and general employee meetings and video calls
* Supporting end users and Conference Rooms running MS Team, Zoom, and WebEx conferencing platforms
* Assist in troubleshooting wired infrastructure and network related issues.
* Work closely with internal teams, carriers and third-party vendors on project delivery and incident resolution
* Participate fully in testing and QA validations for solutions being deployed, updated, modified, etc.
* Implement Automation for routine tasks
* Supporting facilities projects for new office buildouts, expansions, remodels, etc.
* Assess, assign, and resolve Help Desk work tickets. Escalate to Engineers and vendors as needed
* Implementing and administering network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points
* Assisting in deploying and troubleshooting L2 and L3 networks
* Work independently and in a group atmosphere
* Must be able to perform moderate lifting, climbing, and crawling required to troubleshoot/install voice/audio/visual hardware
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
