SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Superintendents are responsible for the success or failure of the project. Their involvement starts when a project is awarded to Megawatt. They are responsible for building out the details of the project schedule, establishing the logistics plan, scheduling subcontractors to start work, working with the safety department to develop the Site-Specific Safety Plan and mobilizing to the jobsite. The superintendent works with the project management team to write scopes of work for subcontractors. After the project is started in the field, they continue to manage it against the schedule and the contract documents. They implement and manage the QA/QC and ensure all work is done correctly and in accordance with the master schedule. They schedule special inspections and final inspections to close out the building permits. They manage the punch list and work with the architect and engineer to receive final completion letters and close the project out.

Reads and fully understands Drawings, Specifications and the scopes of work for each subcontractor.
Runs a daily foreman's meeting.
Manages site QA/QC program.
Mentor to assistant superintendents and foremen.
Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.
Reviews monthly budget updates with PM to keep the project within budget.
Prepares and distributes Weekly Field Report.
Hosts pull planning schedule meetings when needed to keep the project on task.
Actively manages punch list and checks off items during the punch list phase.

Works with the architects and engineers to ensure a quality installation.

POSITION SUMMARY

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.

Critical Facilities Technician (Level 3):
The Critical Facilities Technician is a facilities-focused role that is responsible for the operational integrity, commissioning, and regulatory compliance of the electrical power, mechanical, monitoring and control systems, and the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way for highly available, concurrently maintainable, fault tolerant mission-critical data center environments.
The Critical Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operates at peak efficiency and the utmost levels of reliability. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and response to emergency issues. The Critical Facilities Technician is our front line when it comes to hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting. The Critical Facilities Technician serves as an expert, highly capable technical resource, reporting to the Site Manager and interacting with onsite Multi-Skilled Operators [MSO] and any third-party vendors. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all facility operations within a given data center. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to standby diesel generators, related fuel systems, electrical switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, related thermal management equipment and systems, chemical treatment systems (where applicable), pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.
Responsibilities:
* Place SAFETY at the top of anything and everything that they do - without fail.
* Focus on the tasks and activities given to them and remain consistently focused on SAFETY.
* Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions of facility systems.
* Complete planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance work assignments, requiring the skill and direction of several electrical, mechanical, maintenance trades and engineering disciplines.
* Conduct periodic inspections of building systems, i.e., HVAC, electrical distribution, maintain mechanical equipment rooms/enclosures to ensure clean, functional, and safe conditions.
* Rapid response, investigation and management of indoor emergency situations and air quality complaints, including humidity.
* Have a complete working knowledge on creating, closing, and tracking "work requests" (WR). Initiate or respond to work orders, follow-up and verify completion of work.
* Monitor performance/note deficiencies of service contractors and recommend changes, as necessary.

* Responsible for data center white space and back-of-house electrical loading and capacity, including client installations and systems.
* This position may require unusual hours of work approximately once every other week to meet critical maintenance windows and scheduling.
* Directly manage contractors and consultants for daily operations and critical maintenance (UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and chiller maintenance).
* Provide applied electrical, mechanical, integrated control and technical expertise for the entire data center.
* Directly manage and supervise Multi-Skilled Operators in all aspects of day-to-day operations and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical critical facility equipment.

* Current knowledge of NFPA Electrical, Fire and Life Safety and building codes, or local regulatory equivalent within the location of the data center.
* Expert knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e., lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA, and state regulations)

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The Truck Driver is responsible for driving diesel powered straight trucks or tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver grain or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operation of the truck and its contents and tendering to applicators in the field with filling and other needs that may help maximize actual application time throughout the day.
Operating machinery and equipment as required, including providing accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of product, inspection of all assigned trucks for defects/safety hazards before and after trips, submitting report indicating truck condition, submitting accurate sales tickets and required records
Performing basic clean-up and preventative maintenance on all assigned trucks, and other shop duties along with various plant operation and general maintenance and housekeeping. Monitors equipment for fertilizer or chemical leaks
Completes all chemical logs, Agtegra Truck logs and DOT Truck logs; maintains driver log per I.C.C. regulations.
Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment.
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with US DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegra Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.

Job Summary
