As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, capital structuring, and investor reporting functions.
Position Overview
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all aspects of financial strategy, accounting, and capital management. This role is ideal for a results-driven finance leader with extensive experience in real estate private equity, structured finance, and investment management.
You will work directly with the CEO and Managing Partners to optimize portfolio performance, enhance investor transparency, and ensure strong financial governance across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit, and tax compliance.
Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support acquisitions, new developments, and refinancing initiatives.
Oversee financial reporting for multiple entities, including limited partnerships and LLC structures.
Manage cash flow and capital allocation across active and pipeline projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and investors to secure optimal financing terms.
Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for acquisitions and dispositions.
Oversee quarterly and annual investor reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Implement internal controls and scalable systems to support the firm's growth.
Supervise accounting and finance personnel; establish a culture of integrity, precision, and accountability.
Provide executive leadership with financial analysis to support key strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA or Master's preferred).
CPA, CFA, or CMA certification strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven experience within real estate private equity, investment management, or commercial real estate development.
Deep understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, tax structuring, and partnership accounting.
Demonstrated success in managing lender relations and complex financial transactions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage investors, banks, and internal teams.
Proficiency with financial and property management software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks Online, Excel-based modeling).

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) preferred.
2 years proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a highly automated manufacturing environment or startup company.
Strong understanding of production planning principles, lean manufacturing concepts, and supply chain management.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Strong understanding of SIOP processes, and LEAN manufacturing concepts for material flow.

About This Role:
- In a company-provided vehicle, you will educate and advise students while teaching them the fundamentals of operating a car behind the wheel
- We'll assist you in obtaining the state-required driving instructor certification through our paid training program. Our training team will guide you through the requirements and provide the coursework to obtain your state license.
- All of our lessons are taught in a Coastline Car and recorded with a dashboard camera for the safety of you and your student
- The majority of the demand for driving lessons is in the afternoons and weekends as most of our students are on a school schedule. A typical day could consist of three, two-hour lessons.
What does training entail?
- Training will consist of 60 hours of learning (40 hours of at home reading and modules and 20 hours of behind-the-wheel in-car in person training)
- In-person behind-the-wheel training in a Coastline car in your local area
- You will shadow 3 in-car lessons as well as do 3 x 4 hours of training with a Certified Trainer
Responsibilities:
Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving
Providing instruction on the rules of the road
Helping students to develop confidence in their driving skills
Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations
Documenting and reporting on students' progress
Maintaining timely communication with your supervisor and support team
Maintaining professionalism with students and fellow team members
Attending team meetings for updates and ongoing development
