Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to be onsite at our location in East Petersburg, PA on a quarterly basis.
This role is responsible for working with functional area leaders to develop, maintain, and enhance operational processes, procedures, and controls within Loan Operations. This role works closely with additional functional areas throughout the organization including lines of business, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policy expectations, and internal risk frameworks.
Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle of Loan Operations Procedures, including documentation, updates, reviews and version control to ensure all procedures are complete, accurate, and updated as necessary to align with roles and functions within the Operating Model, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Work closely with SMEs and business partners to ensure procedures reflect current workflow and document changes resulting from automation, LOS/Core changes, or regulatory requirements
Ensure approval processes for all changes to procedures are followed and adequately documented
Work with HR Partners to ensure that process updates are communicated clearly to loan operations teams and incorporated into workflows, procedures, and corresponding trainings as necessary
Maintain Risk and Control Assessments and actively monitor key controls particularly relating to data quality, collateral management, loan boarding, transaction processing, specialty servicing and exceptions
Participate in Operational Risk Reviews for system or process changes and participate in all applicable Change Advisory Boards to present and assess risks associated with changes within or affecting Loan Operations
Work with business units to ensure all action plans to address operation gaps or deficiencies are implemented timely, while maintaining any necessary updates to procedures to document necessary actions
Participate in process redesign initiatives with line of business leaders to address changes resulting from new regulations or policies
Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, develop streamlined workflows, and implement process improvements and corresponding trainings that maintain compliance
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and completed trainings, gathering feedback from teams to identify any issues or areas for further improvement
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all changes and conducted trainings, including process redesigns, procedure updates, and compliance documentation
Provide regular updates to management on the status of change initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies. (Required)

Required Experience
3 or more years loan operations, loan servicing, or lending compliance.

Overview
The Business Continuity Analyst contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the business continuity management program to ensure operational resilience. This role partners with business leaders to analyze critical processes and dependencies, coordinate continuity planning activities, and facilitate testing and reporting. The Analyst provides guidance and training to enhance continuity capabilities, prepares periodic program reports, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain department business continuity plans that outline recovery strategies, roles, and responsibilities to strengthen organizational resilience. Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align continuity and resilience strategies with organizational objectives and assist with plan activation and coordination during incidents. Guide, train, and counsel the lines of business to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of business continuity and resilience management activities and processes, as well as in the identification, documentation, mitigation, and monitoring of gaps.
Plan and facilitate tabletop exercises to validate continuity and resilience plans. Document outcomes, identify gaps, and assist teams to implement corrective actions. Collaborate with teams to integrate lessons learned into updated plans and recommend enhancements based on industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records of continuity plans, testing spreadsheets, and corrective actions. Prepare business continuity and resilience reports for annual reviews to communicate program status, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Support internal and external audits and address findings promptly.
Provide training and technical support for continuity planning tools to ensure resilience objectives are met, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Provide management, and other stakeholders if needed, with quality reports and analysis as deemed necessary, documenting clear and accurate findings that objectively convey observations and recommendations in the appropriate context.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements to business continuity and resilience management activities, processes, systems, and internal controls to ensure they are efficient, effective, and a fit for the organization's needs and risk profile.
Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends, regional economic environment, and national regulatory environment, which could inform the analysis of emerging risks and have an impact on the way Fulton manages business continuity, resilience, and risk.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director for the LA area.
Increases new business sales through establishing strong, consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors to include brokers, agents, financial planners, consultants, and employees within Trustmark. The Specialist - Loan Policy Management is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and oversight of the organization's loan policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and regularly review loan policies and procedures covering all lending areas (e.g., consumer, commercial, real estate, etc.). Ensure policies are comprehensive, clearly written, and address all relevant risk factors. Maintain an up-to-date policy manual.
Stay abreast of current and evolving lending regulations (e.g., Reg B, Reg Z, HMDA, etc.) and incorporate necessary changes into loan policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the Compliance department on regulatory exams and audits.
Conduct periodic risk assessments of the loan portfolio and identify potential areas of weakness. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks through policy adjustments and process improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs to lending staff on loan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Communicate policy changes and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
Establish and maintain a loan review process to assess loan quality and adherence to policies. Monitor key loan portfolio metrics and identify trends that may indicate emerging risks. Report findings to senior leadership.
Work closely with lending teams, credit administration, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment on lending practices and risk management strategies. Participate in loan committees and other relevant meetings.
Research and stay informed about industry best practices in loan policy and risk management. Recommend and implement changes to policies and procedures to incorporate best practices.
