Department: Surveillance Surveillance Operator The Surveillance Operator is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
Through physical and video surveillance, observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money handling areas
Report verbally and in writing any violations of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations to Surveillance Supervisor
Report violations of Criminal Investigation requirements to Surveillance Supervisor
Report any safety considerations to the appropriate authority
Report violations of Internal Control, company policies, and other department procedures to Surveillance Supervisor
Other Duties as assigned
Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time
Salary: $13.00 / per hour plus attendance incentive
