Provide system-related support for DMS Business teams to resolve any issues while using SAP EWM Inbound receiving, Quality inspection, Work Center, Putway, EWM outbound Waves, Outbound Picking, Packing, Quality Inspection, and Goods Issue process

Responsible for monitoring ECC/EWM inbound & Outbound queues issue and working with DMS Business teams and the Delta SAP COE team to resolve queue issues in a timely manner

Responsible for supporting the SAP Intercompany sales process between DMS and Delta Air Lines

Monitor recurring SAP ECC / EWM issues encountered during regular business and work with the SAP development team to deliver fixes

Analyze and support any integration issues between SAP and 3rd party systems (Aeroxchange) and Salesforce

Work with DMS user champions to streamline data and processes to minimize integration errors

Be creative in providing quick and effective solutions to achieve timely delivery of goods and services to Delta and 3rd party customers

Develop troubleshooting guides for frequently experienced system and process issues, and train user champions to use the guides to resolve issues independently

Responsible for providing support such as test data, use cases, and user testing to roll out SAP enhancements developed and released by Delta SAP COE

Perform data consistency checks and plan for corrective and preventive actions

The Dynamics 365 Engineer would be supervising the Dynamics 365 design, coding, testing and deployment to meet our business requirements. This candidate will manage outside resources that will; Design forms, workflow processes, web services, plugins, and other components needed to meet the business requirements within the Dynamics 365 system.


Qualifications / Major Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client facing skills.

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations a must and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

• Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions.

• Providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture

• Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS

• Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration patterns to functional usage.

• Experience Dynamics 365 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/API s(REST, ODATA WebAPI s)/SSIS packages.

• Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems...

• Experience in data migration - data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third party tools

The Banner Student Functional/Technical Consultant may:
