Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or an equivalent major is required

5 years of related supply chain professional work experience in SAP ERP

2 years of related SAP EWM application experience for warehouse management operation

Strong knowledge in SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution, Procurement, Good Receipt, Goods Return, Repair order (Sub-Contracting), Batch Managed inventory, Consignment, Invoice, Cycle Count, and Warranty.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide system-related support for DMS Business teams to resolve any issues while using SAP ECC modules such as Sales and Distribution, Procurement, Sub-Contracting, Inventory Management, Cycle Count

Provide system-related support for DMS Business teams to resolve any issues while using SAP EWM Inbound receiving, Quality inspection, Work Center, Putway, EWM outbound Waves, Outbound Picking, Packing, Quality Inspection, and Goods Issue process

Responsible for monitoring ECC/EWM inbound & Outbound queues issue and working with DMS Business teams and the Delta SAP COE team to resolve queue issues in a timely manner

Responsible for supporting the SAP Intercompany sales process between DMS and Delta Air Lines

Monitor recurring SAP ECC / EWM issues encountered during regular business and work with the SAP development team to deliver fixes

Analyze and support any integration issues between SAP and 3rd party systems (Aeroxchange) and Salesforce

Work with DMS user champions to streamline data and processes to minimize integration errors

Be creative in providing quick and effective solutions to achieve timely delivery of goods and services to Delta and 3rd party customers

Develop troubleshooting guides for frequently experienced system and process issues, and train user champions to use the guides to resolve issues independently

Responsible for providing support such as test data, use cases, and user testing to roll out SAP enhancements developed and released by Delta SAP COE

Perform data consistency checks and plan for corrective and preventive actions

Willing to work at the office in Atlanta for 3 to 4 days in a week - onsite position, must be able to come into the office on hybrid schedule A/B Schedule.

We are a retail company with over 700 locations. Our Development team has an immediate opening for an experienced Dynamics 365 Engineer to join Team Mavis at our Operations Support Center in Millwood, New York.

The Dynamics 365 Engineer would be supervising the Dynamics 365 design, coding, testing and deployment to meet our business requirements. This candidate will manage outside resources that will; Design forms, workflow processes, web services, plugins, and other components needed to meet the business requirements within the Dynamics 365 system.

Qualifications / Major Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client facing skills.

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations a must and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

• Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions.

• Providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture

• Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS

• Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration patterns to functional usage.

• Experience Dynamics 365 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/API s(REST, ODATA WebAPI s)/SSIS packages.

• Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems...

• Experience in data migration - data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third party tools

• Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI.

Delivery and Leadership Skills:

• Lead the technical workshops to work with Business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions

• Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Should be able to think independently and be solution driven

• Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership

• Lead technical efforts for contribute towards building custom solutions/POC's

• Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.

The Banner Student Functional/Technical Consultant may:
Work with college and university clients to design and configure Banner 9 and 3rd Party solutions to support their business needs
Work with functional users to review current business processes, redesign business processes, and document best practices
Evaluate customized solutions and develop approaches collaboratively with clients on how to best leverage delivered functionality, eliminating customizations, and maximizing the configuration and integration across the enterprise environment.
Evaluate the current use and opportunities for improvement of the use of existing systems.
Assist organizations in redesigning policy and processes and retraining team members and the community to effectively sustain changes.
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries
Provide Banner services such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites
Be prepared to work with clients where the Banner system has not been well leveraged and may be seen as a negative to many across the environment.

AccountabilitiesKnowledge and experience of the Ellucian Banner 9 Student module and Banner 9 Self Service, using Banner to improve business processes within higher education Strong technical and functional experience gained through higher education experience and daily work with BannerDesired prior work experience in a Student Services including any of the following major areas: Admissions, Registration, Academic Records, Student Billing, Advising and/or Financial Aid.Minimum of 5 years of progressive higher education experience Experience implementing the Banner Student module is a plus Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student module
