Responsibilities
  • Recruit non-profit organizations (NPOs) to staff concessions locations at Target Field.
  • Verify non-profit organization meets all criteria for program.
  • Coordinates training schedules for NPOs and delivers training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation.
  • Ensure NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training.
  • Lead ballpark tours for prospective and new groups.
  • Host recruitment events, on-site, and off-site.
  • Track and organize non-profit group contacts.
  • Prepares all reports needed for NPOs on event day.
  • Assist with the commission compensation reports.
Qualifications
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel locally 50% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, employee relations, and leadership skills.
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Previous sales or recruiting experience and managing teams preferred.
  • Previous experience with non-profit organization preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry stock items up to 50 pounds.
  • Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season.
  • Frequent sitting and computer usage.
