Responsibilities- Recruit non-profit organizations (NPOs) to staff concessions locations at Target Field.
- Verify non-profit organization meets all criteria for program.
- Coordinates training schedules for NPOs and delivers training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation.
- Ensure NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training.
- Lead ballpark tours for prospective and new groups.
- Host recruitment events, on-site, and off-site.
- Track and organize non-profit group contacts.
- Prepares all reports needed for NPOs on event day.
- Assist with the commission compensation reports.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities.
- Ability to travel locally 50% of the time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, employee relations, and leadership skills.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
