Lead fundraisers in securing at least $500k in revenue through annual giving, direct mail, and donor appeal efforts, and in successfully increasing retention of existing leadership donors ($1,000-$9,999) by 5%. Develop and execute donor recognition and thank you plan, in partnership with Engagement and Activation department, to ensure frequent and regular touchpoints that connect donors to United Way's mission and acknowledge their contributions.
