The Marketing Scrum Master is responsible for leading scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. This role is part of the Marketing Operations team in support of US Consumer Marketing at Citi. The Marketing Scrum Master is responsible for working with several teams across the organization to set up the appropriate timeline for campaign execution, ensure that deliverables are being met according to plan and raise any 'red status' or risk items to management for awareness. The Marketing Scrum Master enlists other members of the working team/management when appropriate to resolve and clarify issues that could impede execution of the marketing campaign. The Marketing Scrum Master relies on experience, judgment, and management guidance to plan and accomplish goals. Responsible for daily standups and weekly meetings including retrospectives to ensure Continuous Improvement.
The role is critical and central in ensuring marketing goals are met. The candidate must be able to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced environment and should be able to effectively manage change while protecting the team from distractions and interferences. **Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications** :
+ 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience
+ Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, very good communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
+ Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership
+ Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills
+ Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
+ Proficiency in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
+ Knowledge of workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Scrum Master Certification or similar agile project management certifications
+ Education: Bachelor's/University degree (Master's preferred)

Creates and manages essential reporting functions, including annual budgeting and forecasting of key events and meetings for internal and external engagements.
Partners with marketing, event management, and sales team members to develop print and digital collateral, sales incentives, Agency Council, and industry surveys for advancing small business, incorporating continuous feedback, and driving brand recognition. Measures implementation and outcomes to ensure a return on investment.
Acts as a liaison between management, marketing, technical staff and others in the enterprise, to understand business issues and develop and recommend the most cost-effective solutions.
Conducts ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, enabling the Small Business team to proactively develop initiatives that enhance relevance and differentiation in the marketplace.
Maintains enterprise relationships to understand people, processes, and procedures; connect small business with the enterprise and identify shared resource opportunities.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

**Job Summary**
The Cards Rewards Control Validation Analyst will play a critical role in validating the accuracy of rewards offer fulfillment by independently verifying transaction calculations, identifying discrepancies, resolving identified discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal practices and standards. This position requires strong analytical skills to navigate proprietary bank systems, perform complex validations, and contribute to process improvements. **What you will do:**
- Independently execute a new control validating credit card rewards offer fulfillment using proprietary bank systems and tools; training will be provided but experience in Citi systems - AWS, Rewards Tables, and Sawgrass is a plus
- Analyze transaction data and customer statements to confirm accurate rewards fulfillment and detect anomalies or errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing and Rewards) to investigate and resolve potential issues that may need to be escalated for further review
- Maintain detailed validation documentation that will include new automated reporting, system screen shots, specific validation calculations performed (Excel worksheet), and other artifacts/evidence to document the complete review of the offer fulfillment

SUMMARY
Under the general direction of a Care Manager Supervisor, the Care Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating services for an assigned caseload of children based on their acuity levels. This role involves guiding program participants and their caregivers through the healthcare system by facilitating access to services, building relationships with providers, and monitoring care outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and overseeing Personalized Plans of Care, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, maintaining regular contact with families, advocating for clients, and coordinating referrals and services across medical, behavioral, and community domains. The Care Coordinator also supports appointment scheduling, transportation, and follow-up, participates in interdisciplinary care planning, and engages in ongoing training to support high-quality, holistic care delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Care Manager will include but are not limited to the following:
* Obtains required enrollment consents from the individual or legal guardians.
* Completes initial and ongoing needs assessments (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths; CANS) to determine the individual's most appropriate level of care coordination.
* Responsible for the overall management of the patient's Personalized Plan of Care. The creation of this plan allows the Care Coordination to:
* Coordinate the enrollee's provision of services.
* Support adherence to treatment recommendations.
* Monitor and evaluate a patient's needs, including prevention, wellness, medical, behavioral health treatment, care transitions, and social and community services where appropriate.
* Meets documentation requirements in a timely and accurate manner by effectively using the designated Care Manager Portal (Medicaid Analytics Performance Portal; MAPP) and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) as needed.
* Maintains required contact with participant and their families and conducts face-to-face support team and/or family meetings as required.
* Functions as an advocate for clients internally and externally with service providers.
* Promotes wellness and prevention by linking enrollees with resources and services based on their individual needs and preferences.
* Effectively communicates and shares information with the individual and their families and other caregivers with appropriate consideration for language, literacy and cultural preferences.
* Participates in care planning meetings/conferences as an interdisciplinary team member to effectively provide/coordinate comprehensive and holistic care.
* Identifies available community-based resources and actively manages appropriate referrals, access, engagement, follow-up and coordination of services.
* In the event of hospital admissions, actively engages in the discharge planning process ensuring that the patient has all recommended post discharge services in place prior to discharge.
* Arranges appointments, transportation, and interpretation services when needed.

* Conducts follow-up activities to ensure appointments are kept.
* Attends and participates in ongoing staff development training to enhance skills needed to effectively meet the demands of the Care Coordinator position.

Acxiom is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a marketing fulfillment oversight team to support the accuracy and integrity of a client's credit card rewards programs through rigorous validation processes.
**Job Summary**
The Cards Rewards Control Validation Analyst will play a critical role in validating the accuracy of rewards offer fulfillment by independently verifying transaction calculations, identifying discrepancies, resolving identified discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal practices and standards. This position requires strong analytical skills to navigate proprietary bank systems, perform complex validations, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem solving, and maintains a high standard of accuracy in financial data handling.
**What you will do:**
- Independently execute a new control validating credit card rewards offer fulfillment using proprietary bank systems and tools; training will be provided but experience in Citi systems - AWS, Rewards Tables, and Sawgrass is a plus
- Analyze transaction data and customer statements to confirm accurate rewards fulfillment and detect anomalies or errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing and Rewards) to investigate and resolve potential issues that may need to be escalated for further review
- Maintain detailed validation documentation that will include new automated reporting, system screen shots, specific validation calculations performed (Excel worksheet), and other artifacts/evidence to document the complete review of the offer fulfillment
- Timely submission of artifacts to central fulfillment oversight team
- Adept at operating in a fast-paced environment with strict service level agreements to complete validations
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and quality of validations
- Develop senior leadership level monthly review of validation findings
- Develop and maintain procedures for the validation process
- Assist the broader Fulfillment Oversight Team as needed
**What you will need:**
4 - 6 years of relevant experience
Advanced analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, or other control-related function in financial services, regulatory organization, or consulting firm

Job Summary
The Manager, Projects will be responsible for providing overall direction and management, often over a project team, to implement large, complex projects within a Customer Network, or a large volume of various size projects. They will act as a single point of contact for the customer, including the executive level, and project team, facilitating effective communications, resource management, customer negotiations, and escalations for the overall project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the project scope through implementation of the ADTRAN JCO process.
Partner with the customer to proactively manage scope changes through the duration of the project, including cost, quality, and schedule impacts.
Develop and maintain the Project Schedule, providing timely updates regarding any schedule changes to both the customer, ADTRAN, and contractor primes.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales Ops, and Services Operations to establish accurate project structure for complex orders and multi-year projects, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, as well as facilitating the on-going monitoring, reporting, and analysis of project results and associated issue resolution.
Proactively manage project financials and ensure that all changes (positive or negative) to revenue, cost and gross margin are documented, via the JCO process, approved and communicated in a timely manner
Create a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) identifying primes for all key project deliverables (customer and ADTRAN).
Manage project risk through risk identification, quantification and mitigation, focusing particularly on SOW and implementation plans, to minimize impacts to cost, schedule and quality.
Establish a Communications Plan that facilitates regular and managed exchange of information both within and between ADTRAN and the customer.
Generate periodic reports concerning project and issue status as specified in the agreed-upon Communications Plan.
Organize and chair meetings and conference calls (both internal to ADTRAN/Contractor partners, and with the customer) to assign tasks, evaluate progress and address issues, as appropriate.
Utilize & comply with documented ADTRAN Process & tools to ensure consistent and effective management of assigned projects.
Ensure that project schedules remain consistent with revenue, cost and gross margin projections, and drive quarter-end project-related actions to achieve targets.
Coordinate with Contractor partner primes, as required, to manage project scope, schedule, and cost, and to facilitate issue resolution.
Track invoicing and monitor financial performance associated with Customer purchased services and facilitate resolution of associated disputes.
Provide PM subject matter expertise and consultative support, as required, for pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, mentoring, training etc.
Provide comprehensive project-related input to proposals, as required, e.g. scope of work, services costing, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, project plan, risk mitigation plans, etc.
Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
5-8 years of experience in the communications industry
5+ years of project management or service operations experience required
Solid understanding of applicable ADTRAN products and services required
Experience directly interfacing with customers (internal and external) required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required
Experience negotiating at a project level, with customer, internal project team, and Contractor partners is required
