POSITION TITLE: Shipper/Receiver/Driver LOCATION: Willoughby, OH POSITION SUMMARY: Receive and stage inventory. Prepare parts and finished units for shipment in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Manage and schedule inbound and outbound shipments. Make deliveries and pickups using company vehicles. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect the physical condition and count of incoming deliveries. Note any discrepancies on the bill of lading, sign off on acceptance, and report issues to supervision. Verify packing lists against purchase orders, count and record details, route copies as needed, and notify appropriate personnel. Stage received items and inform relevant staff. Count and verify items for outgoing shipments; report discrepancies to supervision. Package items securely, including building crates for international (foreign) shipments. Count cartons, skids, etc., and record quantities/weights on bills of lading. Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., hazardous material forms, postal/freight forms for foreign shipments). Insert packing slips, apply hazardous labels if needed, seal containers, band/crate, shrink-wrap, and confirm shipments. Maintain stock of packing materials. Contact carriers to schedule shipments; negotiate pricing, service levels, delivery terms, and establish costs. Drive company vehicle(s) to deliver/pick up orders, parts, materials, supplies, and mail. Plan efficient routes, notify supervision of delays, discrepancies, or changes, and schedule vehicle maintenance with the dealership. Use lift equipment (e.g., forklifts) to move and position items, ensuring proper care of tools, equipment, and materials. Identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions to supervision. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Commit to the company's Quality Policy per ISO 9001 standards, including seeking opportunities for continuous process improvement. Perform other tasks as assigned or directed by supervision. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurements. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation, and to operate material-handling equipment safely. Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely, following OSHA or equivalent safety guidelines. Strong literacy skills to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions, safety protocols, and technical diagrams. The Pharmacy Manager is a key position that has a substantial impact with our consumers and clinic partners by partnering and advising both on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits. This individual is responsible for the financial, clinical and quality for pharmacy services and will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy including dispensing prescription medication and spending one-on-one time with the consumers.
