Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills:Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State) Current BLS certification (required upon hire) Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience Proven experience as a Circulating RN in an Operating Room Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred. Licensure/Certification:-Current RN License in the State of Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire. Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience is required. Substantial experience as a Circulating RN in an Operating Room is essential. Skills: Expertise in perioperative nursing standards and the circulating role. Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to patient safety, aseptic technique, and quality improvement.
