Key Responsibilities Design, install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications systems Gather user network requirements utilizing multiple methodologies Provide necessary technical documentation, system requirements documents, and security requirements Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving various protocols, topologies, and networking hardware Assist with network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies Apply technical and business experience to improve processes for deploying and maintaining network infrastructure Work independently and collectively to help improve network solutions Design, deploy, test, certify, and patch network components including switches, firewalls, and load balancers Address interoperability issues for all features, components, and application dependencies Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities Respond to and resolve critical network incidents within designated resolution timelines What matters to you matters to us.
