FusionStorm CEO and leadership

Dan Serpico is CEO and President of FusionStorm. He is charged with driving the company's continued growth and profitability. He brings more than twenty-five years of senior executive management experience in high growth organizations from start-ups to enterprises with annual revenues of a half billion dollars. Prior to FusionStorm, Dan was President of Jeskell, an IBM Premier Business Partner, where he was recognized with an IBM leadership award in 2008. Before leading Jeskell, Mr. Serpico was the CFO of FusionStorm (a position he has held for fourteen years). He played a key role in helping the company grow from a local Northern California organization into a national industry leader. Mr. Serpico has also held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Concorde Group, an enterprise systems reseller, and CFO of Raben Publishing, a Wall-Street backed venture. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Mr. Serpico was named EMC Partner Executive of the Year for 2010.

Mike Soja has more than thirty years of varied experience as a senior financial executive. He is responsible for all financial matters including lender relationships, accounting, budgeting, planning, and taxes. Mr. Soja began his career with KPMG and later served as the Chief Financial Officer at XTRA Corporation, a publicly held transportation equipment leasing company for twenty years. He subsequently entered the life science sector, serving as the CFO of Control Delivery Systems, a privately held drug delivery development company. Mike later served as the CFO of pSivida, Inc, a publicly held company that developed proprietary drug delivery technologies. Mr. Soja holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from The College of The Holy Cross, Worcester MA, and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting with Honors from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and a Masters in Business Administration, with High Honors from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
