Arthur L. Diskin, M.D. FACEP is President and CEO of Quality Medical Management. QMM serves as a direct provider of consultative services and is the parent organization for Dr. Diskin and his associates' ventures in five sectors: 1) Cruise, Maritime and Global Healthcare Consulting and Expert Witness Assessments; 2) Emergency Medicine Clinical and Organizational Consulting and Expert Witness Assessments; 3) Risk and Claims Management for Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitals and malpractice insurance carriers as well as Cruise Lines and other maritime conveyances and P&I Clubs; 4) Public Health Consulting and Technical/Software Solutions including COVID-19, Norovirus and Legionella 5) Complex case management consultations regarding management and repatriation of crew

Dr. Diskin is on the clinical and teaching staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital - the University of Miami affiliate, Maintaining emergency and critical care clinical activity is central to Dr. Diskin's other activities. Dr. Diskin is available for expert witness evaluations in emergency and cruise ship medicine through South Beach Medical Consulting.

As a Consultant to Source Driven Solutions, Dr. Diskin is able to combine his clinical expertise and understanding of the medicine of the COVID-19 pandemic with his experience in the cruise and healthcare industries to assist in the strategic implementation of their Pulse and Virogen sanitation software solutions that measure Data, Analytics and Compliance and the comprehensive SafeSail program built around it to get the cruise industry back to operations sooner and operating at a higher capacity in a safe manner for guests and crew.

Dr. Diskin has also become a principal of, and a medical adviser to, Coastal Cordage Group, Ltd. based in Nova Scotia, Canada - producing glow in the dark Night Saver rope, high tech regulated safety ropes, aquaculture (mussel) ropes and traditional double braided rope. Dr. Diskin's activities in the emergency/EMS sector and in the maritime sector provides the strategy for this affiliation to ensure the highest quality rope products to these sectors. Coastline Cordage will shortly be making the natural expansion into the production of N-95 masks to make available to the healthcare and maritime sectors.

As contracted Global Chief Medical Officer for Future Care, Dr. Diskin provides consultation on complex case management, policy development, cost-containment and risk mitigation for the shipping sector including newsletters and group presentations on COVID-19 for the industry and insurers.
