Provides for resident's personal supplies. Assists nursing with monitoring of daily supply requests. Coordinates and maintains Medicare Part B billing and supply services Daily PT charge items. Charging for items. Restocking of supplies per program. Maintaining of bins for Part B program. Maintain adequate par levels of supplies in central supply area. Maintain oxygen, oxygen supplies, concentrator for resident's requiring these services. Maintains equipment and supplies for residents in supplemental and enteral feedings: Tube feeding pumps and supplies Enteral products and supplements Maintain accurate feeding pump history and inspection record Ensure enteral feeding products are maintained at the appropriate temperature with appropriate action taken as indicated Ensure supplies are appropriately labeled (ex: clean and dirty supplies and supplies needing to be returned for repair) Ensure PPE available Ensure MSDS for cleaning products used Ensure emergency eyewash is available Ensure first aid supplies are available Cleaning schedules posted and maintained for assigned areas Appropriate operating manuals available Ensure tags/labels and bags are stocked for use in returning feeding pumps to central supply for tracking Capture chargeable items per facility procedure. Maintain clean, orderly, organized supply area. Verifies all orders when delivered by vendors. Performs accurate weights in all residents per designated schedule. Maintain accurate weight logs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented development professional with demonstrated success in grant writing and management; exceptional writing and project-management skills; and the ability to translate complex programmatic work into compelling narratives that reflect CESLC's mission, strategic priorities, and impact. Essential job responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including prospecting, renewals, proposal development, budget coordination, compliance and timely reporting. Assists licensed therapists (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist) with resident evaluations, as instructed. Assists licensed therapists (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist) with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed. Removes and/or applies assistive devices and supportive devices as directed by licensed therapists (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, COTA or Speech Pathologist). Assists with the restorative programs in the facility as directed by the Rehab Director in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. Team Member: Abides by the standards identified in FutureCare's Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan. Works with Rehab Director to arrange daily treatment schedule for patients and therapists that promotes an effective and efficient functioning for both the patients and the therapy department. Maintains department records, as directed. Assures there is an adequate supply of forms in the units, including forms for patient documentation and for therapists' administrative functions. Assures there are sufficient supplies for all modalities in providing of daily treatments. Maintains inventories and orders equipment, as required. Attends meetings and in-service sessions, as directed to assure safe performance of the duties assigned to this position. Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in quality improvement and safety programs. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of patients in a healthcare setting.
