Richard Li is a Chief Scientist, Vice-President of Network Technologies at Futurewei Technologies Inc and Chairman, ITU-T FG on Network 2030 at International Telecommunication Union and is based in Genève, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. He has worked as Chief Architect, VP, Head of the Internet Protocols Lab at Huawei; Vice Chairman，NGP ISG NGP（Next Generation Protocols） at ETSI; and Chief Architect, Vice-President of Future Networks at Futurewei Technologies Inc.

More than 20 years business and technical experience of IT (Cloud, Big Data & AI) and Telecom (networks (wireless, data and broadband access) and services/applications (capability exposure, video, IoT etc.)), specializing in digital enterprise architecture & business strategy planning & marketing, product & market management, technology evolution & innovation.

I have dedicated myself to the graphics / compute technology after graduation. During last 11 years @QCOM, I have successfully led & developed five generations of QCOM Adreno GPU architectures which are the best GPUs in the mobile world. I also established world class graphics system/architecture team for QCOM & all the development processes. Now I am leading a graphics research (above GPU) team @Huawei.

Henry (Chaohong) Hu is a Chief Memory and Storage Architect of Computing Lab at Futurewei Technologies Inc and is based in Santa Clara, California. He has worked as Senior Staff System Architect of System Architecture Lab at Samsung Electronics; MLC Product Development Lead of Flash Product Group at INTEL CORP; and Principal Engineer of Emerging Memory Group at Micron Technology, Inc.. Henry studied at Zhejiang University between 1996 and 2000, Osiris Trading between 2003 and 2004, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2000 and 2004.

Dr. Hui Lei is a technology executive in computer software, with expertise in cloud computing, AI and data engineering, the Internet of Things, and enterprise computing. He has extensive experience in strategy planning and execution, impact-driven innovation, research and engineering leadership, and people management. His technical vision and creative contributions have influenced software products with total revenue in the billions of dollars, ranging across big data and cognitive solutions, cloud service offerings, middleware platform for the Internet of Things, and e-business tooling. He has over 90 patents to his credit. His research work has been taught in many university courses and textbooks, and has received coverage in numerous news media outlets around the world.An active and recognized member of the international technical community, Dr. Lei is a Fellow of the IEEE, a member of the IEEE Computer Society Golden Core, a past Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, and a past Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Business Informatics and Systems. He has been recognized with an Edward J. McCluskey Technical Achievement Award for "pioneering contributions to scalable access to real-world data" and an IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Service Award for "continual and outstanding service to the society's mobile computing, cloud computing, and e-business communities." He has taken part in many international conferences as a steering committee chair, general chair, technical program chair, or keynote speaker.

Experienced Engineering Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the software and cloud service including Microsoft and Amazon. Skilled in Java, Python, Golang, Microservice Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, Developer Platform, Velocity, Quality Assurance.

Jin Yang are a CTO, Applied AI/ML Research at Futurewei Technologies Inc and are based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. They have worked as Senior Director, Applied Machine Learning in Communication Network and Services at Futurewei Technologies Inc; Research Fellow at University of London; and Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola. Jin studied at Tsinghua University between 1987 and 1989, Tsinghua University between 1982 and 1987, and Imperial College London between 1993 and 1997.

Kangkang Shen is a member of TSC in Linaro since 2013. He is currently employed as the chief architect for system firmware in Futurewei Tech, Inc. As a BIOS industry veteran, he has experienced the PC industry development since the very beginning. After joining Award software in 1993, he became one of the key developers for BIOS boot manager, PCI BIOS and many other key features in BIOS. In 1998, he joined Phoenix Technologies and took management positions as engineering manager, director responsible for Phoenix and Award BIOS kernels. In 2003, he was assigned to lead Phoenix R&D center in China. In 2006, he cofounded Nanjing Byosoft, an Intel authorized BIOS vendor. From 2012-2018, he was the chief BIOS architect in Huawei, supporting various product lines including ARM server SoC. He has a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China and a Ph. D. from Georgia Institution of Technology., Atlanta, Georgia
