Courtney Damon has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning Solutions, and Program Management. She has held several Human Resources Leadership positions for national, regional, and global businesses within Schneider Electric and is currently the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Wencor Group. Courtney holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University and an EMBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She has participated in the Corporate Leadership Counsel’s Human Resources Academy, Schneider Electric’s Global Manager Program, and Leadership Oxford. She is certified in several training methodologies and has served on the Butler County Junior Achievement Board. Committed to change management, authentic communication, and servant leadership, Courtney has served as the Women in Schneider Electric (WiSE) Business Resource Group North American President, a board member for a non-profit, and a writer for a Women’s On-line Magazine.

Daniel Condrasky is a VP Controller at FXI Inc and EVP & CFO at FXI Inc and is based in Media, Pennsylvania. He has worked as AVP - Assistant Controller at PEP BOYS MANNY MOE & JACK, Senior Manager at PwC, and Associate and Senior Associate at PwC. Daniel studied at Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware between 1990 and 1995.
