Regional Healthcare Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Present GA Foods' products and nutrition-based programs to various audiences:
Managed care organizations
Case managers
Social workers
Physicians, nurses, and dietitians
Promote service engagement through compelling presentations and relationship-building strategies.
Plan and execute efficient weekly schedules for virtual and in-person meetings, educational events, and drop-ins.
Coordinate staff meetings, in-service trainings, and healthcare conferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at health plans and referral sources.
Define key clients/markets in collaboration with the EVP of Healthcare Partnerships.
Educate and support referral sources, including case managers and individuals submitting referrals.
Manage and track referrals, including source, volume, and outcomes, in the CRM.
Provide monthly reports on referrals, utilization, and key metrics to health plan contacts.
Conduct regular outreach:
20-30 daily calls/emails to referral sources
Semi-annual distribution of new menus to all referral sources
Quarterly in-person or virtual visits/in-services (2-3 per week)
Document all client/referral source activities, outreach, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Care Center to manage referrals, reauthorizations, and member concerns.
Proactively identify issues with referrals, deliveries, or authorizations and escalate internally for resolution.
Demonstrate a results-oriented, self-driven mindset focused on strategic execution.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned state.
Regional Healthcare Manager Preferred Skills, Degree and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare sales, case management, or related areas such as:
Managed care
Long-term care
Home health or home care
Hospital or medical equipment sales
