Job Description GA Foods is seeking a results-driven Regional Healthcare Manager to support growth in the Managed Medicaid channel. This non-traditional sales role focuses on building strong relationships with managed care organizations, case managers, and community agencies. Plan and execute efficient weekly schedules for virtual and in-person meetings, educational events, and drop-ins. Coordinate staff meetings, in-service trainings, and healthcare conferences. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at health plans and referral sources. Define key clients/markets in collaboration with the EVP of Healthcare Partnerships. Educate and support referral sources, including case managers and individuals submitting referrals. Manage and track referrals, including source, volume, and outcomes, in the CRM. Provide monthly reports on referrals, utilization, and key metrics to health plan contacts. Conduct regular outreach: 20-30 daily calls/emails to referral sources Semi-annual distribution of new menus to all referral sources Quarterly in-person or virtual visits/in-services (2-3 per week) Document all client/referral source activities, outreach, and outcomes in the CRM system. Collaborate with the Care Center to manage referrals, reauthorizations, and member concerns. Proactively identify issues with referrals, deliveries, or authorizations and escalate internally for resolution. Demonstrate a results-oriented, self-driven mindset focused on strategic execution. Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned state. Regional Healthcare Manager Preferred Skills, Degree and Certifications: Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
