Qualifications
Experience in both human resources and office management, preferably in a small-to-medium size industrial and/or distribution business(es)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to balance HR work and general office oversight
Excellent communication, discretion with sensitive information and proficiency in human resource information system (“HRIS”), payroll and office software
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and safety compliance relevant to industrial workplaces
Conversational ability to speak both English and Spanish
Work Environment
Primarily Houston office-based work with occasional presence required in the Houston yard
