Qualifications

Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed to support the organization.
May be responsible for accurately and timely processing all aspects of multi-state payroll for assigned clients as well as assisting with pay inquiries.

Broad Overview Client servicing is priority one.

Prepare market submission and ensure market responses conform with submission.

Expanding Opportunities for Global Benefits Drive targeting new logo opportunities for global benefit sales, leveraging the full breadth of AON's current relationships to expand new business. Proactively manage target clients for GB across North America. Create and manage robust pipeline. Manage end-to-end sales process for complex, global, multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts Client Facing Have regular connections with internal Aon business practice leads and sales channels and with targeted clients through social media and in person and virtual opportunities.
