By 2004 Capital Seaboard had outgrown the wholesale market and moved into a 50,000 square foot warehouse facility at its current location, 8005 Rappahannock Avenue in Jessup, Maryland.
The end of 2014 brought the realization that growth would once again result in the Company needing a larger facility.
In November of 2015 the Company finalized an agreement to lease 160,000 square feet of leading-edge warehouse space on Assateague Avenue, which borders the Wholesale Food Market.
