Responsibilities
• Partner with senior analog/RFIC layout engineers to design cellular-band RFICs, including LNAs, RF switches, attenuators, controllers, and other analog/RF functional blocks.
• Work closely with circuit designers to interpret specifications, communicate layout status, and resolve layout-related performance concerns.
• Identify and drive layout-centric technology and methodology improvements that enable successful product development.
• Optimize, enhance, and prioritize layout methodologies to address the most critical design challenges.
• Mentor and train layout team members on new tools, technologies, and best-practice methodologies.
• Develop and maintain the IC layout methodology roadmap, collaborating with technology, CAD, and design teams to ensure successful deployment while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
Required Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on IC layout experience, including placement and routing of active and passive devices.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $91,200 - $177,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical design standards, specifications, and execution practices.
Qualifications
