Michael D. Casey joined the Company in 1993 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Casey was named Senior Vice President of Finance in 1997, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2003, and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Mr. Casey became a director in 2008 and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Casey worked for Price Waterhouse LLP, a predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, from 1982 to 1993.

Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Brickman served as President of Kimberly-Clark International from May 2012 to February 2014, where he led the Corporation’s international consumer business in all operations. From August 2010 to May 2012, Mr. Brickman served as President of Kimberly-Clark Professional. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Brickman served as Chief Strategy Officer of Kimberly-Clark and played a key role in the development and implementation of Kimberly-Clark’s strategic plans and processes to enhance enterprise growth initiatives. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Brickman was a Principal in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas, Texas office and a leader in the firm’s consumer packaged goods and operations practices. Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Brickman was President and CEO of Whitlock Packaging, the largest non-carbonated beverage co-packing company in the United States, from 1998 to 2001. From 1994 to 1998, he was with Guinness/United Distillers, initially as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Americas region and then as General Manager for Guinness Brewing Worldwide’s Latin America region. Mr. Brickman was awarded an advanced bachelor’s degree in economics in 1986 from Occidental College in Los Angeles where he graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude.
