G-Star RAW company history timeline
G-Star was founded in 1989, specializing in denim clothing in the Netherlands.
In 1992, the international famous designer Pierre Morisser joined G-Star as the chief designer.
Embracing change and always keeping in mind it’s authenticity and non-conformism spirit the brand launched a shoe range in 2007.
2014 is yet another year of expansion in terms of their product portfolio; the SS14 line has introduced the popular camouflage and floral prints, also featuring a new inspired range of graphic t-shirts in a brighter palette of colours.
The global pop star became involved with the brand through the “The Ocean Project” in 2014, offering a new green element for the business to expand into.
