Job Description G2 Risk Solutions is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts who will be a significant contributor to our North America sales goals and carry a quota for new business development. This is a Senior Sales level position; the ideal candidate is looking to continue their career in Payments and E-commerce within the Digital Commerce industry. This role is fully remote. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for defending existing revenue within named Tier 1 Accounts like JPMorgan Chase, Global Payments, Moneris, Adyen or Square focusing specifically on driving client value by developing a deep understanding of client's business needs and strategic direction. Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies & competitors specific to our Digital Commerce vertical. A builder; interested in developing both internal, and external relationships and hunter mentality within current Tier 1 Accounts. Maintain meeting notes, renewal forecasts, legal documentation, and client contact information electronically in Salesforce.com. Build Tier 1 Account Plans to align executives, customer success, product and operations on account development and execution. A continual learner that stays up to date with payment, compliance, merchant risk and merchant onboarding market trends and industry needs. Qualifications Must have minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Tier 1 account management and development. Strong communication skills and able to articulate complex solutions to prospects. Must have experience and background in the merchant onboarding, KYB, merchant monitoring, transaction monitoring, merchant risk or payments compliance segments. Fortune 100 client-facing strategic experience. Strong data analytics, statistics, and strategy background. Ability to champion new ideas, initiate change, think “outside of the box,” and drive innovation. Demonstrated ability to make strategy become reality. Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork. Exhibit passion through appropriate participation in team and industry initiatives. A strategic thinker that will drive results to grow an emerging business vertical for the company. Proficient in Salesforce, Gong (or like sales tool), AI/Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting software (Teams, Zoom,etc.). A continual learner that stays up to date with market trends and Digital Commerce needs Potential for travel up to 40% of the time. The Land Surveying Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning, data collection, development, and delivery of quality land surveying products, managing and directing field and office survey staff, and supporting the professional growth of the survey team members. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Expectations include boundary determination, pricing & scoping, quality assurance and quality control of surveying products and procedures, communication with internal and external clients and other survey discipline team members, and crew scheduling. The candidate should have foundational knowledge of ALTA surveying, topographic, control/geodetic, and boundary/ROW determination. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical execution of aviation and airfield infrastructure projects. This position involves leading the preparation of construction documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of airfield design, FAA guidelines, and civil engineering principles. The position may be based out of any of our Ohio offices: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. What you will do: Performs engineering computations, conducts evaluations, design analyses, and design development. Prepares reports, recommendations and opinions for approval by a supervising Professional Engineer. Applies standard engineering practices and techniques to adjust and correlate data; recognizes and resolves discrepancies in results and follows operations through a series of related steps or processes. Works as a member of a project team in the development of data and/or applications. Acts as a technical advisor to technical staff. Uses AutoDesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD to develop engineering and design documents. Participates in firm-wide quality initiatives. Potentially serves as a field engineer during the construction of a project. Perform other duties as assigned.
