Responsible for
Consistently monitor cost-effectiveness, optimize operational efficiency, and challenge performance to enhance overall profitability.
Monitor the project initiatives in the region: development, restructuring, funding, IT projects, transformation.
Liaise with Head of Credit Management, Cost Control, Treasury, Tax and D&D Heads in the region to ensure that responsibilities maintained locally are performed efficiently.
Provide a monthly review of the main balance sheet aggregates, PL and cash flow statement and summarize the main risks (tax, forex, other non-recurring events).
Attend monthly closing meeting on Financial Statements package: arbitration, sign off and follow up of issues identified during package review.
Manage the external audit and ensure that audit reports are issued in line with group and/or local requirements.
Point of contact for any legal corporate request such as account approvals, dividend distribution, capital restructuration.
Compliance
Control on a yearly basis that key controls defined by Group Internal Control are implemented and efficient and ensure corrective actions are implemented in case of deficiency identified.
Follow up internal audit recommendation and ensure any deficiency identified is handled locally.
Finance organization in the region

Job Summary

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks for the accounts assigned to them and their team, maintaining daily contact with our customers and acting as the face of NTG to our customer operations teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the front-line resource to provide customer service on the assigned account(s)
Manage assigned account(s) load-board as it fits each account; ensure prompt build and activation of loads, proper load coverage, proactive customer communication with updates throughout transit, and provide proof of delivery to customers once the load has delivered
Monitor and manageaccount's building, scheduling, and tracking responsibilities
Manage communication of all applicable loads to after-hours tracking and coverage teams
Help develop and execute the customer service expectations for all associated accounts
Respond to all customer emails within the expected time window of the customer
Provide best-in-class service/communication to assigned customers in an effort to grow the relationships
Monitor and manageaccount's shipments to assure best practices are maintained
When applicable, manageaccount's TMS/Portals to maintain best practices
Complete required training
“Close out” accessorial requests (TONU, driver assist, detention, etc.) within 24hrs of carrier's request or per customer requirements
Maintain knowledge on NTG's service offerings to identify opportunities for modal and regional diversification with customer
Consistent communication with AccountManagers and Operations Leads about growth opportunities
Perform other related duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
1 year of transportation or logistics experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Oliver Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented AccountManager, Client Services who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will serve as the main point of contact between Oliver and its clients, working to manage and build long-term business relationships, provide solutions, and contribute to overall client satisfaction, collaborating with internal departments to drive the process.

About the Role:
As our AccountManager, Client Services, you will:
Understand client's business goals and challenges to provide effective solutions.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
Client and internal communication regarding customer orders, samples, estimates and job specifications.
Facilitate the internal flow of information across departments to ensure customer specifications are accurately described and prepared for production.
Manage CRM contacts, track customer interactions, monitor workflow for customers, strategize and problem solve in coordination with sales department.
Present proofs, obtain customer approvals, provide samples, and determine agreed upon delivery dates.
Responsible for onsite customer experience, which can include strategy sessions, plant tours illustrating Company capabilities, and offsite customer visits.
Audit and update open sales order, finished goods inventory, and open orders for billing purposes.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of AccountManager, Client Services if your background includes:
4 to 5 years of experience in a customer service, sales, manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP and CRM systems, (JD Edwards preferred).
Ability to multi-task while exercising judgment in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
High School diploma; college degree a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Occasional overnight travel when necessary.
