ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Monitors all activities to ensure the safety and security of all Owners and Guests
Actively communicates activities and events to all Owners and Guests. Also, it ensures excellent customer service as it relates to our activities and functions property-wide
Assists in the planning and execution of resort activities and events
Computers are used to prepare communications/flyers throughout the resort
Performs other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven participation in clubs, sports, volunteerism, or extra-curricular activities is strongly desired
Effectively communicate in English - bilingual is a plus
Must be able and willing to swim and participate in water sports and water activities
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Computer knowledge - MS Office Suite
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families
Experience in a theme park, parks and recreation, hospitality, or resort environment is desired
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Familiarity with water safety
CPR, First Aid, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogen Certification are strongly desired

We are seeking a positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated Bell Attendant/Valet. Our bell attendants work alongside our front desk hosts to make the guest's arrival experience the best it can be. Along with valeting vehicles, our bellman are also responsible for driving our house-car and may transport guests in the golf cart, when needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Greet guests upon arrival
* Help guests with luggage and/or other items
* Drive house-car to nearby locations when available upon guest request
* Make sure front drive is presentable, and be able to Valet cars when needed
* Help stock waters in valet and front desk fridges

Starts at $17/hour with additional commission opportunities The Role Spa Receptionist & Attendant hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while promoting wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling spa treatments/resort activities, guest registration, processing payments, making product/treatment recommendations and maintaining a clean and fully stocked spa. This role cares for guests throughout the duration of their spa visit and serves as the final point of contact. Housekeeping and Food/Beverage Service are essential functions of this role, within the spa and outside pool. Guest's privacy and discretion are of importance within this position.
Spa Receptionist & Attendant must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
