This role involves planning and managing and analyzing production timelines, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and production capacity.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and other relevant departments to allocate resources effectively.

Serve as liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth production operations.
Track and report on schedule adherence and performance metrics.
Track and manage gear sub-assemblies.
Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the entire production process.
The job duties include planning, scheduling, and coordinating inventory management to maintain production operations.
Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise.
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
Plan and prioritize operations based on schedule to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Prepare and submit the status of components.
Report inconsistencies that could jeopardize TAT.

2+ years of experience in a quality role within an FAA Part 145 repair station or aviation-related industry.
Working knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, AS9110).
Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and process audits.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
