Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a quality role within an FAA Part 145 repair station or aviation-related industry. Working knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, AS9110). Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and process audits.
