Robert Alan Faith (born 1963/1964) is an American businessman, and the founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Greystar Real Estate Partners.

Diane is the ultimate example of VG’s promotion from within philosophy, joining the company in 1980 as a part time sales consultant while attending the University of Michigan.
