HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Conduct speech and language screenings, as directed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Track patient progress and report to the supervising Speech Language Pathologist. Help patients develop communication and feeding skills through individual and group therapy sessions. Prepare therapy materials and equipment. Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of therapy equipment and materials. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Document patient progress and treatment sessions in accordance with clinical and legal requirements. Communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and goals.
