Maintain on-going communication with treatment providers to assure compliance of persons served and open communications with counselors. 7. Have thorough knowledge of the programs offered within WCS and their locations. 4. Conducting interior and exterior building checks. 5. This position works in a therapeutic milieu environment serving youth at a State Certified Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility (YCSF) serving male, female and gender non-conforming youth, ages 8-17, supporting youth through a mental health crisis that has resulted in a youth needing a safe space to reside for up to 30 days. The Youth Treatment Specialist 3rd shift works overnight ensuring all youth and staff are safe and following nighttime procedures. This can include tasks such as completing bed checks, monitoring youth on suicide protocol, following sleep hygiene and bedwetting protocols, waking youth, and coaching them to complete activities of daily living, administering medication teaching skills. Other tasks such as completing building tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and inventory, preparing meals, putting together educational materials, and other programming material to prepare for the days schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform third shift room checks verifying the status of each youth, ensuring youth are asleep, not distressed and are safe. Follow clinical recommendations for safety such as supervising suicide protocols and safety plans. Serve as a positive role model and work alongside a Lead Youth Treatment Specialist in the milieu supporting therapeutic interactions by coaching skill use throughout morning activities, modeling appropriate behavior, teaching, and reinforcing use and generalization of skills through a token economy system.     Environmental Monitoring (EM) Technician Type: Contract (12+ months) Shifts Available: Night shift (12-hour shifts, 8-hour shift during training) We are seeking an Environmental Monitoring Technician to support aseptic manufacturing operations at a GMP-regulated facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in biology, microbiology, or life sciences, and is well-suited for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Perform environmental monitoring of classified cleanroom areas, including isolator and facility monitoring (viable and non-viable). Conduct utility sampling and analysis (including WFI, PCA, and clean steam). Adhere to all cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and safety protocols while supporting parenteral operations. Document and maintain detailed records of EM and utility sampling results. Support lab maintenance and inventory management tasks as needed. Assist in training and mentoring of new QC Microbiology/EM Technicians when needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Author or assist in updating SOPs and work instructions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related life sciences field. Associate degree or High School Diploma accepted with relevant hands-on experience. Open to recent graduates with strong academic lab experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous environmental monitoring experience in a GMP-regulated or aseptic pharmaceutical setting. Familiarity with EM techniques: viable surface and air monitoring, non-viable particle counting, compressed air testing, water/steam sampling. Ability to gown into a cleanroom environment and follow sterile techniques. Understanding of regulatory compliance in cGMP facilities. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Comfortable working in a team environment with cross-functional coordination. Shift & Physical Requirements This opening is specifically for night shift coverage. Flexibility for 8-hour and 12-hour shifts; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Will be required to wear PPE, including full cleanroom gowning and respiratory protection when applicable.

Essential Functions: Promote and recruit for the peer services and provide outreach to peers from populations within Waukesha County, focusing on peers that currently do not have access to peer support. Provide 1:1 peer support services to people in Waukesha County. Assist the individual in exploring goals and priorities using the created Needs Assessment to receive support for the duration of program enrollment. From a recovery perspective, provide a strength-based review of an individual's abilities, strengths, and assets. Encourage individuals to become the expert of their own lived experiences and develop voice and choice around service participation to be empowered in their recovery. Support individuals in navigating systems of care and encourage the participant to communicate with other services providers. Responsible for accurate documentation and maintaining case files as required by agency policy, government regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal codes. This includes completion of initial and ongoing Needs Assessments, and progress notes for each interaction with individuals in the program, as well as documentation of all reporting requirements as indicated by the funding source. Work with the participants' collateral and community contacts to promote continuity of care with written and explicit consent to support their recovery journey. Assist participants in their process of stabilization and recovery. Conduct outreach to local businesses to promote the understanding and use of peer support services, through educational presentations. Attend and participate in staff meetings and weekly supervision.
