Proven track record in team building and collaboration with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies; architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, general contractors, and vendors. Key strengths include team building and management, community relationship building, investigatory management, and the utilization of methodologies, processes and procedures to consistently deliver high-quality professional services.

The Gail Borden Public Library District serves over 2,000,000 customers per year and has received many different awards throughout the years. In 2009, the Gail Borden Public Library District received the National Medal for Museum and Library Service. The National Medal is the nation’s highest honor for museums and libraries that make extraordinary civic, educational, economic, environmental, and social contributions.

Margaret Peebles is a Division Chief of Public Services at Gail Borden Public Library and is based in Elgin, Illinois.
