Glenn Stevens joined the Company as Head of Retail and Foreign Exchange on August 1, 2020, following the acquisition of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. Mr. Stevens was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of GAIN Capital for over twenty years, building a business offering retail traders the ability to trade various financial products. Mr. Stevens has over thirty-five years experience in financial markets focusing on foreign exchange products. Prior to GAIN Capital, Mr. Stevens held various senior roles for large financial institutions including NatWest Bank, Bank of America (Merrill Lynch) and Bankers Trust.

Experienced Group Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Strong finance professional skilled in Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Start-ups, Financial Risk, and Risk Management.

Mike leads GAIN Capital’s technology strategy for its retail business and oversees the information systems and infrastructure. He joined GAIN Capital following the acquisition of City Index in April 2015. Mike served as Chief Information Officer for City Index prior to its acquisition by GAIN Capital. Prior to this role with City Index, Mike worked for over 20 years consulting to investment banks on technology systems, primarily relating to market risk and asset management. During this period, he implemented real-time cash flow and risk systems for HBOS, ING and Santander, and held a number of market data roles for online gambling companies.

Benjamin Greenfield, CPA is a VP of Finance, CFO Americas at Gain Capital and is based in Bedminster, New Jersey. He has worked as Senior Assistant Auditor at Deloitte; US Controller, Director of Finance at Gain Capital; and Senior Director of Finance, US Controller at Gain Capital. Benjamin studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2008 and 2010 and Haverford College between 2002 and 2006.

Denise Boutross McGlone is a Chief Financial Officer at Gain Capital. She has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Sallie Mae Bank, Assistant Treasurer at ALCATEL LUCENT USA INC, and Exec VP/CFO at Affinity Federal Credit Union. Denise studied at Dunbarton College of the Holy Cross and Washington College of Law.
