ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, chemicals or other stock items. Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Marks materials with identifying information. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Drives forklift to transport stored items from warehouse to loading dock.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
Must have HS diploma or GED.
Forklift experience required.
Previous experience within an industrial warehouse setting or manufacturing environment highly preferred.
Previous chemical industry experience highly preferred.
Must possess basic math skills and be able to perform calculations (weight, counts, and conversions)
Must be good with hands and able to work in the elements of all seasons.

* Maintain the operation of the coal mills which include maintaining proper oil levels, water circulation through coal mills, grease appropriate areas when needed and keeping coal area clean
* Maintain the operation of cooler drives and keep area around the coolers clean
* Keep tail pulley and catwalk cleaned on stockpile belts
* Remove clinkers from cooler pits and stack in designated areas
* Keep all above areas clean
* Grease equipment in all areas of production
