* Receives checking and savings deposits: verifies cash and endorsements, receives proper identification for cash back, and issues receipt of deposit. Identifies counterfeit currency.
* Examines checks deposited and determines proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and completes Hold Notices when necessary.
* Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances, processes savings withdrawals. Enters transactions into computer, and issues computer generated receipts.

This role is responsible for drawing patient samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent service at assigned facilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in venipuncture, has strong communication skills, and demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Sample Collection
Responsible for drawing all patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
Communication and Customer Service
Communicate any current or potential customer issues within the assigned territory, offering suggestions for resolution.
Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable face of PHS laboratory services.
Address all service concerns and respond promptly to requests from staff and facilities.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of time worked and mileage.
Assist with correction and missing information requests from Insurance and Billing teams.
Ensure proper documentation for sample collection and reporting.
Other Duties
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.
Proficiency in venipuncture and a thorough understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently resolve problems.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods while performing specimen collection
Comfortable driving for extended stretches to various patient locations.
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 20 pounds.
Manual dexterity for handling small instruments and performing precise blood draws.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under high-stress situations.
Flexibility to adapt to scheduling changes and varying patient needs.
