Jeffrey Brown (JB) was named chief executive officer of Ally Financial in February 2015 and also serves on its board of directors. He oversees all strategy and operations related to the company’s leading automotive financial services and direct banking franchises. Brown has deep financial services experience, having previously served in a variety of key leadership roles at Ally. Most recently, Brown was president and chief executive officer of Ally’s Dealer Financial Services business where he oversaw the company’s automotive finance, insurance and auto servicing operations. Brown joined Ally in March 2009 as corporate treasurer and, in 2011, was named executive vice president of finance and corporate planning, where he oversaw the company’s finance, treasury and corporate strategy initiatives. During his tenure at Bank of America, he also served as the bank’s deputy treasurer and oversaw balance sheet management and the company’s corporate funding division. Brown received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University and an executive master’s degree in business from Queens University in Charlotte. He serves on the Trevillian Cabinet of the College of Business and Behavioral Sciences at Clemson University and serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens University in Charlotte.

William C. Rhodes, III, was named Chairman of AutoZone during fiscal 2007 and has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director since March 2005. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rhodes was Executive Vice President - Store Operations and Commercial. Previously, he held several key management positions with the Company. Prior to 1994, Mr. Rhodes was a manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Rhodes is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Dollar General Corporation.

Mr. David Smith was appointed to the office of Vice Chairman on March 31, 2013. Mr. Smith has served as Executive Vice President and Director of Sonic Automotive, Inc. since October 2008 and has served in Sonic's organization since 1998. Prior to being named a Director and Executive Vice President of Sonic in October 2008, he served as Sonic's Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy of the company from October 2005 to March 2007, and also served prior to that time as Dealer Operator of several Sonic Automotive Dealerships.

In 2003, Carol joined the UPS Board of Directors and currently serves as chief executive officer. Before joining UPS, Carol served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Home Depot, Inc., one of the world’s largest retailers. She joined the company in 1995 as Vice President and Treasurer. Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as Director of Banking for Johns-Mansville Corporation. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Carol was Vice President and Treasurer of Riverwood International Corporation. Carol serves as a trustee or board member for a number of organizations including Grady Hospital Foundation, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Sovos Brands and GIA Partners. She is also a member of The Committee of 200, The Buckhead Coalition, The Business Roundtable and The Business Council. A native of Jackson, Wyoming, Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver.
