Meeting great people, working with great staff
Unfair practices. Non discipline for staff who are slackers. Rules not applied to everyone the same, favoritism.
Free wonderful food.
Mr. Lucas is amazing. Most of the department managers honestly care about the staff and guests.
Support those who work hard.
Picked up an application, submitted a resume and called them constantly to get an interview

Knowing what is expected of me and my co-workers and witnessing everyone getting along in order to accomplish the goals of the hotel.
Overworked and underpaid employees, buy older properties but cut corners and do the bare minimum to bring them back to their full potential. Company philosophy is "we'll just work you to the bone."
