Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. The responsibilities include registering patients, coordinating staffing and work assignments during the shift, real-time monitoring of registration performance to ensure department standards and procedures are followed, and researching and resolving the team's insurance verification issues using the insurance verification tools (Change Health, Epic RTE). They serve as point-of-contact to both internal and external customers for the assigned shift and registration area and address problems at the time they occur.
