Job Description:
Essential Functions
Itemized check-in of delivered goods with a customer representative
Complete bi-weekly customer inventory
Create bi-weekly orders based on established inventory levels
Pull credits, create out-of-date memos, and issue customer credits
Complete merchandising resets and recommend opportunities for cross-merchandising
Complete 1-on-1 training with customer employees including exceptional customer service, product knowledge, product pairings, slicing technique, etc.
Complete assigned Go-Spot-Check missions
Delivery of perishable goods to customers
Monitor truck maintenance schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance
Continuously cultivate relationships with customers by actively engaging with deli management and personnel to understand their customer base, evolving product or training needs, and specific opportunities/challenges
Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements

GENERAL POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and maintains felony offender's violent and non-violent records and reports; identifies criminal activities and background information in reports or standard forms; prepares narrative reports of the investigation process; totals caseload activities when preparing monthly reports.

Recommends remedial action or initiates court action in response to noncompliance with terms of probation. Enforces and follows up on court orders and board conditions for release.
Prepares and follows up with risk assessments forms (Strong-R) or any designated assessment tools.
Handles offender complaints and grievances quickly and professionally.
Assists offenders in addressing their concerns regarding job pay, trust fund, sentence information, educational needs, and programs.
Identifies issues with offender behavior to ascertain appropriate intervention techniques.
Uses Risk Needs Assessment (Strong-R) to determine the offenders' risk level and frequency of needed services.
Investigates significant offender and staff-related events to determine if Incident Reports are required by policy and procedures.
Assesses the availability of service providers to deliver appropriate services to offenders.
Assists in determining the value of court-ordered offender restitution.
Develops a transitional accountability plan informing offenders of the requirements of conditional release, such as office visits, restitution payments, or educational and employment stipulations.
Develops appropriate sanctions for offender compliance with their conditions of release.
Writes reports describing offenders' progress, identifying offender status and updating personal information and employer information.
Coordinates clinical assessments for offenders; arranges for medical, mental health, or substance abuse treatment services according to individual needs or court orders.
Identifies and verifies offenders' location and movement between local, State, Federal facilities, and/or supervising field offices.
Schedules offender activities such as public service work, orientation, court, classes, in-take processing, drug screens, and home visits.
Formulates behavioral contract for the offender and makes recommendations.

* Own market benchmarking, salary structures, pay ranges, geographic differentials, career levels, and market/merit adjustments; ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Design and administer short and long term incentive plans (e.g., AIP/bonus, sales incentives, equity) with clear performance linkage and line of sight metrics.
* Establish governance for compensation and benefits, including policies, job architecture alignment, and approval workflows; ensure consistent administration across geographies and levels.
* Provide executive ready analytics, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., compa ratio distribution, range penetration, pay for performance, benefits cost trends).
* Lead annual reward cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and partner with Finance on budgeting, accruals, and forecasting.
HRIS, Data & Operations
* Own the strategy and roadmap for rewards related HRIS capabilities (e.g., compensation planning modules, market data integrations, self service); ensure data integrity and scalable processes.
* Implement repeatable, well documented processes and SOX aligned controls for rewards transactions, audits, and reporting.
Compliance, Risk & Pay Transparency
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EPA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA) and evolving pay transparency and pay equity requirements; partner with Legal on audits and filings.
* Lead periodic pay equity analyses and action planning.
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Partnership
* Lead and develop a high performing team (compensation, benefits, HRIS/analysts); set priorities, coach, and build succession.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and market positioning; with Finance on planning; with Legal on compliance; and with Payroll on accurate execution.
