Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support the Tissue Culture Lab Manager with maintenance of the clone bank, containing 300+ varieties. Proper use of aseptic technique, assisting the lab team with the propagation and production of high-quality plantlets for greenhouse needs. Assist in the preparation of media and stock solutions. Assist in the production planning process. Learn and use IVS software system for variety and production management. Observe and collect data of growing conditions of plantlets in tissue culture. Assist with the transfer and preparation of plantlets from the lab to the greenhouse. Learn greenhouse processes in other departments. Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications Are pursuing an Associates or bachelor's degree in biology, horticulture, plant science, crop science or related field.
