We are looking for a contractor live-in House Tech to join our team at Black Horse House! Black Horse House is a residential health care facility (RHCF) that promotes a therapeutic residence emphasizing psychosocial and emotional safety for residents. Resident inclusion is an integral aspect of service delivery, and there is a strong emphasis on helping clients avoid hospitalization. This is a "live in" position where the contractor will reside in the house. In addition to compensation, which ranges from $500-$600 per week, contractor lives in the house rent-free with meals provided. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership and management in the delivery of the house's RHCF compliant services. Job Functions: Manages clinics' operations related to assessing participants' nutritional risk and needs, will prescribe supplemental food and provide individual/group nutrition counseling to WIC program participants. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, in-service training and other professional and staff development activities. Supervises clinic operations including but not limited to high risk counseling; development of lesson plans and special activities. Assists in organizing and maintaining of general nutrition education materials and displays in the WIC clinics including bulletin boards, pamphlets, food displays, etc. This supervisory position is responsible for supervising and managing WIC staff at Atlantic and Cape May counties. This role provides leadership for daily clinic operations, ensures compliance with State WIC guidelines, and supports the delivery of nutrition services to WIC participants. Will ensure accurate completion and timely submission of pertinent reports to the WIC Director, including nutrition education reports, evaluations, and other program documentation.
