Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. * Assist team members as needed Competencies * Knowledge of alcohol service * Ability to navigate a POS system for food and beverage orders * Attention to detail with work ensuring accuracy is met and exceed Education & Experience * Generally 2-5 years of experience as server in a full service restaurant. * One must have Micros, touch screen experience. * One must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages to hotel guest per KY Liquor Law. Work Environment This job operates in a restaurant which at times can be a loud setting. This role maybe exposed to hazards, including, but not limited to cuts, slips, falls, tripping and burns. Hands must be frequently washed. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
