What You Will Do: * Work closely with Art and Character leadership to achieve amazing standards. * Model, UVs, and texture using Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. * Use our toolset to create and maintain rigs for characters (face and bodies) and attires. * Collaborate with Art, Production and Engineering to drive research, workflows, and technologies for improved deformations, animation fidelity, and streamlined creation processes. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to character rigs and simulation. * Meet delivery deadlines under production constraints. * Work in an approval pipeline for assets that have been produced by external vendors. * Mentor other artists as needed Who Will Be A Great Fit: * 5+ years industry experience * Extensive experience with Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter * Experience researching, piloting, and rolling out new techniques * Strong understanding of PBR materials for realistic fabric, skin, and other real-world surfaces, along with a solid grasp of human anatomy * Understanding of game engine limitations * Possess strong time and project management, be a great colleague, and have good work ethics. * A love for games (not just ours!)
