This is a fully remote position, but the studio is in the UK and our business hours are based on the UK timezone. As such, we are looking for someone that has no more than +2/-2 hours difference in timezone.

Key Responsibilities
Design, modify and implement client-side mobile features for continually new games Use best practices learned from experience to create maintainable and extendable code Responsible for creating unit tests and documenting technical specifications. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
5+ years of game programming experience in JavaScript, Typescript, C/C++ or C#, and Unity or Cocos. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related field required Slots or games experience will bring your resume to the top of the pile Mobile and Web development experience highly preferred Managerial or lead experience desired but not required Knowledge of Agile methodology (daily standups, weekly demos, 2-week sprints). In-depth knowledge and practical application of object-oriented modeling, design, and development Knowledge of source/revision control systems (examples are Perforce and GIT)

As a Game Developer you will work with Unity and C# to develop cutting edge 3D Games. Primary responsibilities will be to create a game by combining ideas, concepts, art, and assets with existing and new code into a functional and engaging game.
Requirements:

Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field AND a minimum of 2 years experience.

Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)

Practical experience in Unity and C# (or a similar language)

General understanding of common development practices (version control, agile development)

Ability to quickly understand, debug, and modify existing code

Strong analytical technical problem-solving skills

Applicants must be able to work at our studio in Greenville, N.C.

Hardware Integration such as Bill Acceptors and Printers preferred

Experience in Casino or Slot Related Industries highly preferred
