ModSquad is looking for Tier 2 Mods to work out of the Sacramento, California office, providing moderation of reported content from the PlayStation network.
Hours (all times Pacific):
10 pm-7 am & 3 pm -12 am
Friday-Monday (Saturdays a MUST)
Weekly commitment:
25 hours per week
Weekends required (Friday - Sunday)

What We Are Looking For:Ability to address complex and sensitive issues escalated by T1 agents Ability to handle more complex security and moderation issues including escalation that would require legal intervention Knowledgeable and passionate about video games Community management experience in gaming environment Professional and/or personal moderation experience is desired.PC proficiency, ability to perform standard diagnostic processes and troubleshooting MUST be comfortable with inappropriate/aggressive content English fluency writing and speaking.Ability to learn and implement moderation rules to ensure online safety of the client's platform communication.
