Our Asset Management team is looking for a talented Asset Manager to help support the efforts of our fast-growing company. Adapture Renewables is owned by KIRKBI - the private holding and investment company of the Kirk Kristiansen family founded to build a sustainable future for the LEGO brand through generations. Overview This position will work in our Asset Management team and play a vital role in overseeing the financial and commercial obligations of Adapture Renewables' portfolio of assets across the U.S., ensuring financial covenants are fulfilled and contractual commitments are met. This person will coordinate closely with the Project Finance and Accounting teams and will be a primary interface between the Asset Management team and its project financing partners, PPA offtakers, and other counterparties. The Asset Manager is key in directing and maintaining the balance between corporate and project entity interests, so a high degree of intuition and reasoned judgment is essential. The candidate may be based remotely in the U.S., with periodic travel to our Bay Area home office and other company locations. Core Responsibilities Track PPA obligations and work cross-functionally to ensure compliance Document the timely completion of all compliance obligations in Adapture Renewables' asset management platform Work closely with Development/Business Development, Project Management & Engineering, and Project Finance teams to successfully onboard new assets and capture all obligations in tracking system Maintain and refine, as needed, the existing Budget Forecast tracking models for Adapture Renewables' financed portfolios With assistance from Project Finance, lead the creation of accurate budget tracking processes and models as new portfolios are added and financing structures are adopted Prepare and submit scheduled and unscheduled draw/transfer requests in accordance with the finance documents Work with Project Finance, Legal, and Accounting to ensure finance document covenants are fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion by sourcing and submitting operating reports, financials, officer's certificates, and any necessary consents or waivers Communicate with Adapture Renewables' commercial and finance partners to field inquiries and requests Work with the Accounting team to ensure revenue is received and expenses are paid in accordance with contract terms Assist Tax Accounting on both the initial and ongoing annual property tax filings Contribute to the continued improvement of Asset Management policies and procedures with the aim of efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy Generate periodic financial performance assessments of operating portfolios as requested by senior management Communicate closely with the O&M and Finance departments to bring substantive issues to light that may require focused attention or supplemental reporting Manage relationships with key stakeholders and serve the point as of contact for project customers and landowners Manage contractual REC obligations and relationships Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for financing partners, including distribution waterfalls for investors and lease payments to banks Assist Accounting team with the preparation of annual financial audits as needed Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years of prior renewable energy asset management experience with an emphasis on financial and regulatory compliance Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and a thorough understanding of current renewable energy finance structures Experience in the transition of renewable energy projects from construction to long-term financing under various finance structures is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with financial partners, regulatory agencies, regional utilities, and corporate energy buyers Deep understanding of operating contracts, with a strong ability to identify and interpret relevant clauses as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills required An ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads is important Benefits Package 401(k) plan with company matching contribution Competitive health, vision, and dental benefits Attractive personal time off and company holiday package Work-from-home policy Salary commensurate with experience Note Qualified candidates only. Job Summary: Game Technicians are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the attractions and arcade games at Scene75. With direction from the technical manager, they perform all preventative maintenance on machines and fix machines that are broken. During operational hours, they are also responsible for taking calls about games not functioning properly, maintaining stocking levels in instant win games, and keeping the facility clean. Key Responsibilities: Handles calls on the game floor, bowling, and simulators. Performs basic preventative maintenance on machines. Informs Technical Manager of potential machine problems. Test every game every week. Complete weekly projects and tasks. Complete weekly maintenance sheet as assigned by Technical Manager. Complete weekly cleaning checklist. Maintains a neat and orderly workshop. Ensures that all self-contained games are stocked with prizes. Maintains a safe work environment and ensures staff follows all safety rules. Maintains game appearance and stocking throughout open hours Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education, & Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. No prior experience or training. Some mechanical background preferred. Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Professional. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and employees. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of fractions and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Arcade Game Technicians must have a technical disposition. This is an entry level technical position, so many of the skills can be taught, however these attendants must have a natural attention to detail, willingness to learn, self-drive, and technical mindedness.
