Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager, the Table Games Supervisor is responsible for supporting and ensuring operations run smoothly through positive interactions with guests, resolution of disputes and management of floor operations on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all Casino personnel. Responsible for building and maintaining a team atmosphere both within and across departments through effective communication, leadership, coaching and employee development.
Role Responsibilities:
Leads, coaches and supports table games dealers to ensure legendary customer service.
Ensures table games dealers have the training, tools and mindset to enable them as service professionals.
Leads in a way that creates continuous improvements in the guest and employee experience.
Ensures operational and game integrity.
Tracks guest play and relays all pertinent information to Manager
Resolves guest concerns in a quick, professional and efficient manner
Executes changes in table games limits to meet the customer demand and needs of the business
Informs Asst. Shift Manager and Surveillance team of unnatural or irregular play
Maintains bank floats
Reports significant cash and cheque transactions
Verifies issuance of credit after all necessary signatures are confirmed
Knows and abides by Ohio Casino Control Commission regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures
Presents oneself in a polished, professional and service-minded way and leads team to do the same
Holds team accountable for various job policies and ensures adherence to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Ability to obtain, and maintain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first line supervision to Vault employees
- Oversee daily vault operations including but not limited to inventory management, opening and closing of branch and vault check in/out
- Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis
- Monitor and adjust performance of all staff, machines and workflows
- Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Monarch Residential Autism Services Floor Supervisor is part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who are expected to provide clinical expertise and oversight of clients within the boarding academy. Job areas include, but are not limited to, behavior-programming, development of functional living skills, data collection, therapeutic milieu, and instruction in individual and/or small group settings within the residential programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage and oversee the operations and facilitation of shift duties and responsibilities within the Monarch Residential Autism Services
Provide direct and indirect supervision to employees within the Monarch Residential Autism Services during scheduled shifts.
Provide modeling and relevant training to employees during shifts within the Monarch Residential Autism Services.
Deliver and direct programming for clients in the Monarch Residential Autism Services by delegating, facilitating and/or scheduling the implementation of lesson plans, curriculum, and activities based on IEP/ITP goals and objectives.
Assist in coordination of relevant program experiences for individuals to ensure there are opportunities for client goals to be targeted across environments.
Deliver planned and organized daily activities and routines to optimize the implementation of treatment programs and the client's learning.
Attend staff meetings, treatment conferences and team meetings.
Accept and act within accordance of the Agency's philosophy about providing excellent care and working with clients in a dignified and respectful manner at all times.
Sensitivity to the racial, cultural and developmental backgrounds of individual clients and the group as a whole.
Attend scheduled supervision and on-going training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e. psychology, special education, etc.) preferred
