The Interactive Gaming Manager will report directly to the Sr. Technical Compliance Manger and will collaborate & coordinate with all departments.

They will be responsible for handling all regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to Online Sports Wagering and iGaming Operations within certain jurisdictions, including Colorado, Ohio and New Jersey. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

Responsible for ensuring the proper operation and integrity of the Sports Wagering and iGaming operation, monitoring and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations

Reviewing and assessing all reports of suspicious behavior, taking the appropriate actions to escalate as deemed necessary or not

Responsible for the day-to-day management of all Anti-Fraud procedures and policies, including review of all online withdrawals, suspicious activity or fraudulent accounts

Coordinate with the anti-money laundering (AML) Team to ensure effective processes, assessments and reviews of potential AML issues

Coordinate with the Responsible Gaming Manager to ensure that the company effectively handles all responsible gaming cases, player communications and concerns, reporting and reviews

Reviewing complex/high profile Security, Game Integrity and Responsible Gaming cases to avoid financial loss, reputational damage, and/or any regulatory breaches

Collaborating with internal stake holders to develop Internal Controls and ensuring they are maintained and followed in accordance with state and federal regulations
