Gamse was established in 1896 by two brothers—Herman and Benno Gamse—who found themselves on the cutting edge of product branding.

Attendat 1942 ★★★★★Attendat 1942 is a highly-acclaimed point-and-click adventure game set during the Second World War.

1972

The first games console was the Magnavox Odyssey – released in 1972.

1983

During that time, quite a few consoles were released, but a crash in the American gaming industry killed off most of the companies involved in 1983.

1986

Dan saw the potential of Gamse’s strength and its ability to stand alone, and so in 1986, he purchased the company, where he immediately began investing in equipment and technology that would carry Gamse into a profitable future.

2014

Updated on a monthly, the show’s “catch” is that it teaches World War I”in real time”; each episode covers something that happened exactly 100 years ago, and the show has been running since 2014 — a century after the beginning of the war.
